The board of the company under the name @Venture S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter the “Company”) in connection with art. 16 of the Act of August 30, 2019 amending the Act – Commercial Companies Code and some other acts (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1798) calls on all Company shareholders to submit their share documents in order to dematerialize them. Share documents should be submitted at the Company’s registered office, i.e. at ul. Prymasa Augusta Hlonda 2a lok 71, 02-972 Warsaw, on business days (from Monday to Friday) between 8.00 and 15.00.
